Terms of Service (TOS) and Acceptable Use Policies (AUP)

The Basics (but not limited to) in plain English:
1. Nothing illegal! - No spamming, illegal pornography, warez, serial numbers, cracks, codes, stolen MP3's etc...
2. No server abuse.
3. We bill yearly - no long-term contracts.
4. If you violate any of the above policies, we will cancel your account without prior notice.
5. No refunds.
6. We reserve the rights to terminate your hosting account if you fail to make payment for the current subscription.
