I just made the payment but I still can't login to cPanel. Why?
It is normal to have a delay in creating your hosting account. The reason is the account has to be made manually by our staff. Usually it takes 1 day or less. cPanel account information and link will be sent once it is created.

What happens if I didn't pay for the incoming invoice?
You are adviced to settle the incoming invoice upon notification. If it went over the paid period, it will automatically cause the XgNetworks account to display your account status as expired. However, action to close down the hosting account may come some time latter.

Can I view the technical server specifications in detail?
We allow you to view our PHP info page. You can access it using this link: http://www.xgnetworks.com/phpinfo.php

Can I pay in a monthly basis?
We cannot allow payment in monthly basis. The reason is due to the fact that it is not economical for us since our credit card payment gateway provider charges us at a reasonably high fee per transaction.

Do I get any discount for paying more than one year at a time?
There will be no discount for our hosting. Our prices will be fixed all time.

What payment do you accept?
We can accept payment made from online card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Are there any types of advertising on my account?
No, we will not place any banners or popups on your hosting account.

Can I have a custom package for myself?
Yes, we allow custom package. However, the price for such hosting will need to be finalized. Therefore, you will need to contact us before making any payment.
